We had our first "family adventure" today. All 5 of us (me, mommy, daddy, Mazie and Bruno) got in the car and headed to Hood River. We were hoping to do a hike but it was raining really hard so we had to go with plan B which was letting dad take the dogs to play in the water while mom and I stayed dry in the car :). On the way home the weather let up a bit (so we thought!) and we stopped at Lewis and Clark and went for a nice walk with the dogs which was fun. The dogs were super happy to get another play time and mom was happy b/c she got to get out of the car! We ended up getting rained on but I stayed dry and warm thanks to my cool new Ergo carrier and dad taking his jacket off to put it over me :) All in all it was a fun day, I'm looking forward to our next family adventure.
