Caitlyn 7 weeks!

So little Caitlyn is 7 weeks old already... whew! Here's some pics of her and video of her "playing". Oh, and guess what? I kind of saw her smile the other day, it was pretty cute! My mom keeps trying to capture it on film but it's kind of tricky... she'll keep trying though I'm sure :)

Fun on skis...

We had quite the adventure today! I got to ski! Well, kind of... :)


It was one of those beautiful days in Portland where you just had to go do something fun outside so we did :). We all piled in the car and headed up to Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. It was awesome. We did a little "hike" up the Magic Mile at Timberline. Dad carried me on his back while he skinned up and mom went up on snowshoes and carried Caitlyn in the Ergo. We had a fun lunch up on rock where you could see forever!! WOW... awesome views! After that was the best part... we skied back down to the car! Whoohoo... pretty fun ride I must say. Oh and you should have seen the grin on dad's face - I think he had more fun that I did!

Check out Caitlyn under the playgym.... she really seems to like to move her arms and kick her legs. Look at her go! Oh yeah, and I have to tell you that I saw her roll over the other day!! Mom and Dad thought it might have been a "fluke" but she did it twice! So it couldn't have been a total fluke right?!? Go Caitlyn!

One of my favorite things to do is hang out with Caitlyn under the playgym. Parker (yes that is the baby's name) wanted to join us today so we all hung out together - it was pretty silly.

Tulip Festival 2010

I saw soooo many flowers today! My favorites were the yellow and purple ones. It was also really fun to walk through the mud :). For the really muddy spots I had dad carry me though... I thought I might step in and not be able to get back out! I think Caitlyn liked it too but she pretty much slept the whole time... how is she going to see anything if she's always sleeping!! jeez...

Happy Easter!

We had such a fun Easter!! Caitlyn and I got our own Easter baskets full of goodies (thanks Yiayia!). Caitlyn had a hard time digging into hers so I helped her out a bit, that's was big sister do :). And I pretty much decided that hard boiled eggs are my new favorite food!! I can even peel them myself! Well, at least most of the way - I usually just get what I can off then dig in but mom and dad usually stop me and help me finish peeling it first.. boo! I especially loved the bright pink eggs that mom made. I guess they were supposed to be red but I preferred the dark pink color myself :)

We had an awesome Easter egg hunt at my friend Chloe's house (and a yummy brunch too)!! The best part was that the eggs I found had chocolate goodies in them! I'm definitely a fan of chocolate...! Since it was also Greek Easter, we topped off the day with a Greek Easter feast. My friend Bailey came over and we got to sit at our very own "kid's table" for dinner. Caitlyn, Thijs, and Parker came over too but they aren't quite old enough to sit with us yet, but maybe they can next year. I'm already looking forward to next Easter and all the yummy chocolate that I get to eat!!

I love to jump... so mom decided to find a place where I can jump until I drop!! This place was so fun!!!
