Pickin' up speed...

I've been riding my bike to the store and back a lot these days which is super great. I'm really good at stoping for the streets and ALWAYS look both ways. Then when I get back, I like to finish it off with a cruise down our driveway. I'm not sure who finds this more fun, me or my parents!!

US Womens National Team

It's pretty cool to go to school an Nike. We get amazing opportunities like watching the US National team train on campus! They were shooting goals right at us!! (Well, I guess the net was right in front of us :). Then to top it off we got to go watch them play Canada at Jeld-Wen Field!!

I made sure to cheer to extra loud so the team could hear me. It was a SUPER fun game!!

Bosu Ball fun

My mom got this awesome bouncy ball thing called a BOSU ball from a co-worker. She claims it's for working out but really it's a mini trampoline! I think she likes it but we like it more :)

Caits lends a helping hand

I've been showing the ropes to Caitlyn - how to help out around the house, clean up a bit, sweep. You get the picture. In true Caitlyn style, she took it to the next level and tackled the stairs...

18 month check-up for Caits!

Well, Caitlyn had her 18 month check-up and turns out she's in top form :). She rang it at 90% on length and 50% on weight. It took a bit of time to see the doctor so Caits kept herself busy drawing... all in all i think she liked the Dr. but definitely did NOT like the shots!!

Kicking off a new "school" year

I've been trying to tell my parents how I need some bigger stuff now because I'm in Preschool!! I need a bigger bed, bigger car seat and bigger clothes (because they're getting smaller and smaller :).

My new Preschool classroom is called "Hustle". We like to call ourselves "Team Hustle". All my friends from Rio are in Hustle too plus 10 new friends!! They're one year older then us so they get to show us the ropes. When we get to school everyday we get to sign in next to our name on the sign in sheet. I've been practicing my letters so I'm pretty excited to sign in every day!



Caitlyn moved classrooms too! She's in Sunray now which is my old classroom (before Rio). She seems to love it because there's a fun climber and BIG play yard with bikes and a slides and a big sand pit (which my parents love....). She has also taken to carrying our bag of stuff to and from school every day. Whatever you do, DO NOT try to help her with the bag!!!

BBR Round 2!!

Since we had SO much fun last weekend, Mommy, Caits and I headed back for more fun at BBR. My friend Chloe invited us to come stay with her and her family. Who could turn that down!!!





We had so much fun all weekend long. Riding bikes, playing at the pool, rock climbing (yes, on real rocks!!), and just hanging at the cabin. Chloe and I had tons of fun, but don't worry - little Caits didn't miss a beat. She's pretty good at keeping up with us big girls. She even took on tunnel slide at the park that I'm too scared to slide down!!

Black Butte Ranch.... love it!

Wow... Black Butte Ranch is my new favorite place!! I got to spend 2 weekends in a row there!! Last weekend Dad, Mom, Caits and I headed over there to have a "pre" labor day weekend with the fam since dad had to travel over Labor day. Guess what we saw come right by our house... Deer!! Lots of them!! And we got to see horses, cows, geese, and even a few frogs.

While all the trees and deer were lovely, the real fun was the pool and bike path!! Caitlyn and I loved hanging at the pool and going for long walks around BBR. Caits and I also enjoyed a free ride up to the top of Black Butte!! (Thanks M&D :)
